Wissenschaft muss noch stärker in der Politikgestaltung einbezogen werden, insbesondere, um Krisen zu bewältigen. Pour son rapport annuel 2021, le Conseil suisse de la science CSS se présente en détail – en décrivant sa méthode de travail, ses principes et en se plongeant dans son histoire. Au cours de ses 57 ans d'existence, le CSS a contribué à répondre aux défis du système de formation, de recherche et d'innovation en Suisse en fournissant des conseils politiques dans une perspective de long terme.

“Missions” in Horizon Europe: Genesis and State of Play
One of the novelties of the European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, Horizon Europe (2021–2027), is the introduction of “missions”. According to the European Commission, this funding line should help to solve some of the great challenges the world is facing today. Online seminar on science-based policy advice in agriculture, food, climate and environment
The SSC is part of the European Science Advisors Forum ESAF an independent platform of European science-based strategic advisors that promotes and facilitates the use of scientific evidence in policy.
